Dear sir or madam, Welcome to the new web site of Bulb’Argence. The translations and the new photos are now in place and I invite you to have another visit . The planting season is now so coming to an end. We are busy replanting our stock and most species are already in full growth. (Please do not tempt us to uproot them to be shipped). Some late growing species (such as Tulipa, Triteleas, Calochortus , Gladiolus italicus, some large Alliums, etc) will be replanted last and can still be shipped until early november. For evergreen species it is also getting too close to winter to ensure good rooting. We recommend to wait with transplant ing them (such as Tulbaghia, Dietes, Iris unguicularis etc) until late winter. (unless you have glasshouse facities to grow them in containers). For other summer growers shipping will start again in January. If there is still no rain in your area, we recommend to irrigate your wintergrowing bulbs now. If it still stays dry too from now, winter flowering will be disappointing Just a reminder: Please notice that there only two weeks left to order before the end of the autumn planting season (last orders will be treated the 22/10).
