Chlidanthus fragrans
A South American amaryllidaceous plant which should be planted fairly deep and be left in place for several years in a well drained soil. The yellow highly perfumed flowers appear at the same time as the leaves. Only the larger bulbs will flower. Relative high winter temperatures accompanied with absolute drought might be essential for flowering
