Zephyranthes ‘blanc’ sp?

The exact species of this white-flowered Zephyranthes is not certain, but its characteristics correspond to the Zephyranthes candida group, native to the Rio de la Plata region of South America. This small bulbous plant in the Amaryllidaceae family forms a tuft of narrow, fine, evergreen leaves. White, crocus-like flowers with yellow stamens appear singly or in small clusters, often shortly after rainfall, from late summer into autumn. It grows well in full sun, in well-drained soil, and tolerates drought.
