Clivia miniata 'Citrina' (Amaryllidaceae) is a yellow-flowered form of this rhizomatous South African plant, highly prized by collectors. Like the typical species, it forms a clump of glossy, strap-shaped evergreen leaves and produces, in spring, a dense umbel of large, trumpet-shaped flowers, here pure lemon-yellow instead of the usual orange. Grow in part shade, in rich, well-drained soil; frost-tender, best grown in a pot and protected below 0 °C.
