Arum hygrophilum
In spite of its name watering should not be excessive. To be planted superficially. Dans le genra Arum this species is rather tal and narrow. Leaves are long at pale green.The pale green spathes bordered with a dark rim are carried un 40cm tall stalk.
The genus
The genus has about 25 species covering most of Europe, Africa and East to West China. With the exception of A. pictum all bloom in spring or early summer. Most will grow quite well outdoors in a full to partly shade site, but avoid hot locations. Once planted they are happy for a long time and will not wander except by seed.
