Nerine crispa is a South African bulbous plant in the Amaryllidaceae family, related to the Guernsey lily. Its epithet "crispa" refers to the wavy, crimped edges of its pink to red petals, gathered in an umbel atop a leafless stem. Flowering occurs in autumn, before the foliage appears. Like other Nerine, it is grown in well-drained soil, full sun, and needs frost-free protection in winter in cooler climates.
