Hymenocallis × festalis, also known as Ismene × festalis, is a garden hybrid resulting from a cross between Ismene longipetala and Ismene narcissiflora, in the Amaryllidaceae family. In summer this bulb produces umbels of 2 to 5 large, deliciously scented white flowers, star-shaped, with a deep central cup and six narrow, curling petals. It reaches about 75 cm tall. Frost-tender, it is grown in pots brought indoors for winter or in open ground in mild climates, in rich, moist, well-drained soil, full sun.
