‘Marmoratum

Arum italicum 'Marmoratum' is a cultivar selected for its especially ornamental foliage, with strongly marked cream to ivory veining standing out against the deep green of the arrow-shaped leaf blade. Like the type species, it grows in autumn and winter, produces a pale spathe in spring, then a spike of orange berries in summer before resting. This marbled foliage brings graphic interest to shaded beds during the cold season. It is grown in cool, humus-rich soil, in part shade.
