Narcissus hedraeanthus

Endemic to the Sierra de Cazorla in south-central and southeastern Spain, Narcissus hedraeanthus is among the smallest known daffodils, no more than 5-8 cm tall. Its pale yellow, sessile, upward-facing flowers, with prominent orange stamens, are fragrant and open as early as December. It requires very free-draining soil in a rocky setting, a sunny position, and a dry summer rest typical of the Mediterranean mountain climate.
