Narcissus hybride Icefollies

N. poeticus plenus: this new introduction is a double flowered selection of N. poeticus, which also needs cooler and moist conditions to flourish. Late flowering and pleasantly scented.

The genus

Narcissus mainly comes from the mountains in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean region. Of the enormous range of hybrids and cultivars only a very limited selection is presented. Our choice, determined by their ability to persist in a mediterranean garden, is mainly directed to the botanical species and the tazetta group. As the roots of most species are persistent Narcissus bulbs benefit of being left undisturbed for several years.
