11/2000 H.Koopowitsch: Narcissus serotinus was also plentiful. We found some exceptional colonies north of Mohammedia near the coast. Some batches must have had hundreds of thousands if not millions of flowers. here the flowers had pale yellow coronas with only one flower to the stem compared to the same species in Southern Spain with orange coronas and usually more that one to the stem. Some of the species were particularly fine with large flat overlapping andr ounded petals.
