Nerium oleander 'Claudia' is an oleander cultivar, an evergreen shrub whose wild relatives originate around the Mediterranean basin and southwestern Asia, now widely grown in horticulture. It bears leathery, lance-shaped, dark green leaves on a dense habit reaching 3-4 m in height. From spring through autumn it produces abundant terminal clusters of single, funnel-shaped flowers in a deep pink to magenta shade. Vigorous and free-flowering, it thrives in full sun on well-drained soil and tolerates drought once established; all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
