Oxalis purpurea



A bulbous low ramping plant with grey green foliage and large pink flowers with a yellow centre. Can be used as a soilcover during the wintermonths.

Oxalis is a very large genus , especially known by its invasive weedy species. However, the species presented make excellent and attractive container plants. When referring to an invasive species we will surely draw your attention to it. A large number of Oxalis species from South Africa that could be described as 'shrubby.'
