Oxalis versicolor
Stems 10cm long with small foliage attached. Flowers with with white petales and a red rim on the outside, which makes the flower as attractive closed as open. Very long lowering period
The genus
Oxalis is a very large genus , especially known by its invasive weedy species. However, the species presented make excellent and attractive container plants. When referring to an invasive species we will surely draw your attention to it. A large number of Oxalis species from South Africa that could be described as 'shrubby.'
