Romulea hallii ?

Endemic to South Africa and associated with the fynbos biome, Romulea hallii, closely related to R. atrandra, has compressed cylindrical leaves 10-13 cm long and 2-3 mm across. Its flowers, 22-33 mm long, are pale wistaria-blue, each segment bearing a violet, nearly black blotch, with an orange-yellow cup and throat marked with dark lines. The corm is globose to top-shaped, compressed, with a circular to crescent-shaped basal ridge. Hardy, this species is well suited to pot or rockery cultivation, in well-drained soil and a sunny position.
